Myrl Nofziger introduced our speaker. Rick Stiffney talked to us about "How I Arrived In Elkhart". He has two kids, a daughter and son. He also has two grandchildren. He was a pastor then went on to the Mennonite board of missions. From there he continued on his life journey of being a part of the leadership staff at Greencroft and now he is the CEO for the Mennonite Health Services. He gets to travel a lot but lately Rick said that he has been thinking a lot about what to do next.Retirement has come up often. He also mentioned about maybe just transitioning into something else in life.
