It was also mentioned to pass around the basket to buy a baby gift for one of our very own rotarians who had a baby.
Program Today:
John Place introduced the Deb Alwine who was our program today. She talked about the changes that are coming to the mall and surrounding area. The mall will be going to an open concept. It did not change ownership. The mall will become a hub of food, entertainment, and retail. Jcpenny's, carsons, and hobby lobby are stores that are staying. She could not mention any other stores that could be apart of the new mall. The new mall will be call Concord Town Center. Deb also mentioned a few of their upcoming events. She also stated to keep an eye out on their facebook page, twitter, and their fresh tv show that is ran every Saturday.
